A Letter From a Mad women

Dear To whom read this letter

I am Lady Macbeth. I know everyone else knows that ducan was murder but by his own

guards with thier knives, but the true is that Ducan's guards did not do the deed. It was I, it

was I, it was Macbeth. I made Macbeth do it I told him to KILL so he may become King and I

may be Queen. I was told how the three Wicths were to blame because of the things they told
him. Macbeth will be king, Macbeth will not fall to a man born a woman, any of these things
are to blame. For I push Macbeth to do this deed for my own I wanted power, I want to be on
top so I may be Queen, Queen Macbeth. As I am lady macbeth will go now and wash the blood
from my hands so I may sleep once again and live a normal life.

beowulf's battle w/ grendel

The Bravest the best, Beowulf a great leader

Willing to fight wild, then what was needed in

battle. A brave soldier ineeded with blood

of warriors running through his veins.

beowulf a man with no fears, brave, bold and ferce

Being as bold as beowulf is there is no

room for fear. For he will fight a creature

named Grendal. Greatly Feared Grendal

sent to kill villagers. Beowulf would

not deal with that monster killing.

The all mightly hands he, rips Grendal

apart, wounding him, Grendal with mightly

craws, he swipes away. At the end

of the battle Grendal defeated and are hero still stands.

My Goals

  • To help the team win a game this season and have a winning season
  • To have fun in school w/ friends
  • Improve ones "state of mind" become stronger then before
  • Maintain fittest, stay healthy
  • See my grandmother again
  • Go downtown with my friends and have fun time
  • Go by my friends house in summit

These are some of the goals that i have completed

Anglo Saxon

"Migration of Germanic peoples to Britain from what is now northern Germany and southern Scandinavia is attested from the 5th century (e.g. Undley bracteate).[8] Based on Bede's Historia ecclesiastica gentis Anglorum, the intruding population is traditionally divided into Angles, Saxons, and Jutes, but their composition was likely less clear-cut and may also have included Frisians and Franks. The Parker Library holds the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle which contains text that may be the first recorded indications of the movement of these Germanic Tribes to Britain. The Angles and Saxons and Jutes were noted to be a confederation in the Greek Geographia written by Ptolemy in around AD 150."

Heptarchy (600–800)

The main Anglo-Saxon Kingdoms circa A.D. 600
Christianization of the Anglo-Saxon Kingdoms began around 600 and was essentially complete by the mid 8th century. Throughout the 7th and 8th centuries, power fluctuated between the larger kingdoms. Bede records Aethelbert of Kent as being dominant at the close of the 6th century, but power seems to have shifted northwards to the kingdom of Northumbria. The so-called 'Mercian Supremacy' dominated the 8th century, though again it was not constant. Aethelbald and Offa, the two most powerful kings, achieved high status. This period has been described as the Heptarchy, though this term has now fallen out of academic use. The word arose on the basis that the seven kingdoms of Northumbria, Mercia, Kent, East Anglia, Essex, Sussex and Wessex were the main polities of south Britain. More recent scholarship has shown that several other kingdoms were politically important across this period: Hwicce, Magonsaete, Lindsey and Middle Anglia.

[edit] Viking Age (800–1066)
Main articles: Viking Age and Danelaw
In the 9th century, the Viking challenge grew to serious proportions. Alfred the Great's victory at Edington in 878 brought intermittent peace, but the Norsemen with the foundation of Jorvik gained a permanent foothold in Britain.
An important development of the 9th century was the rise of the Kingdom of Wessex, and by the end of his reign Alfred was recognized as overlord by several southern kingdoms. Æthelstan was the first king to achieve direct rulership of what is considered "England".
Near the end of the 10th century, there was renewed Scandinavian interest in England, with the conquests of Sweyn of Denmark and his son Canute. After various fluctuations, by 1066 there were several people with a claim to the English throne, resulting in two invasions and the battles of Stamford Bridge and Hastings, giving rise to the High Medieval Anglo-Norman rule of England

My Favorite Beowulf Part

My favorite part to beowulf is on page 38 lines 170-175:

"Might think less of me if I let my sword

Go where my feet were afraid to, if I hid

Behind some broad linden shield: my hands

Alone shall fight for me, struggle for life

Against the monster. God must decide

Who will be given to death's cold grip"

This is my farorite parts because when I read this part it show the courage that beowulf has to go and fight a monster that he knows that he may or can kill him quickly.

All About An Admiral

Tell us something that you have done that no one in this class has done?

Something that i have done in this class that no one has done is become the cadet leader or class leader

Name three (3) adjectives for myself?
  1. Outgoing
  2. Crazy
  3. Funny

I put these 3 adjectives because for one I'm OUTGOING because i just like to go out there and get done whatever it may be what i have to do. The second one is CRAZY i put this word also because when i choose to be outgoing i can get a little crazy about what I'm doing and get into it. The last one i put is FUNNY because when i am being funny I'm get crazy with it (my jokes...that what i mean be "it") and it also ties with outgoing because it not easy to make the whole class laugh.
